R&D: Projection-Mapping
Technically, I've been diving into the world of projection mapping and forced perspective video walls since 2007. That's when I designed and constructed a CAVE environment for the Bezier Group, specifically for conducting virtual store focus groups and POS/Product placement testing.
Over the years, I've continued to evolve my skills in this field. Starting in 2011, I delved into developing creative pipelines for projection mapping on stage sets and exhibition stands, a journey that led to multiple award wins.
In 2015, I ventured into a rather unique application of this technology – wedding cakes! My wife and I even started a business together, lovingly named 'Candy and Grim Cakes.'
Alongside my creative endeavors, I've been dedicated to sharing my knowledge. This involves creating tutorials and hosting workshops for enthusiastic students looking to explore this fascinating world of projection mapping and forced perspective video walls. It's been an amazing journey, and I'm excited to continue sharing the magic!
