LOTTIE SVG JSON ANIMAITONS

One of my genuine passions is creating illustrations and bringing them to life. Whether it's through more traditional digital paintings and sketches that have been crafted and animated using the ProCreate stop-motion system, or through vector-based designs created in Figma and Illustrator, keyframed in After Effects, and seamlessly integrated into LottieFiles or Rive.

In another case study, showcased on one of my R&D pages, I take pride in having developed what I consider to be a pioneering creative pipeline. It's designed to generate 3D SVG JSON animations with Lottie, pushing the boundaries of creative possibilities.

I also enjoy the challenge of enhancing someone else's artistic creations.

I'm pleased to share a glimpse of my diverse portfolio, which includes examples of both illustrations and engaging Lottie animations. Please take a moment to explore them below.

Initial rough concept sketches using Procreate

Upon receiving approval for the above sketches, they were meticulously recreated as vectors, transformed into GIFs, and ultimately brought to life as LottieFiles.

As well as other brand elements including the logo, icons, and patterns.
On this occasion I worked with Wolf Ollins on the brand assets.

The launch of an illustration style was quite new to Sage and initially met with a lot of internal resistance, but people were soon won over by the potential. While this brand predates LottieFiles, its introduction allowed me to take on more hand-drawn and vector-based illustration work, as well as animation projects such as videos, GIFs, and even ARs. Allowing for greater creative freedom.
